As part of our EDI (Equity, Diversity, Inclusion) agenda we ran a week tackling subjects that we knew were important to our people. As part of this, Loretta ran a fantastic session building awareness around the Menopause, what to expect and how to create the right support for employees going through it. The feedback we got from the talk was overwhelming positive, people found the session very relatable, refreshing, supportive and the fact that Loretta talked with such great passion and shared her experiences really helped.
