We invited Loretta to make a webinar presentation to all staff on understanding menopause and the effect this can have in the workplace. Loretta's presentation "Menopause - a case for change" was excellent - informative, engaging and helpful. It challenged the secrecy and taboo of talking openly about menopause in the workplace.
