I'd recommend to anyone in the place that I was (exhausted, irritable, feeling sick most of the time for no reason, flushing hot and experiencing such irrational anger) to make an appointment. It set me on the right road and my only regret is that I didn't tackle it all a bit (a lot) earlier. Seeing the sign outside the shops in Mount Merrion was one of those signs - and one that I needed.
